Matthew,While I'm quite pleased you're endorsing a healthy lifestyle, I must say, I'm a little disappointed in you.
You used to hold a pretty darn good spot on my "Top 5" list but are now clinging for dear life as one of my alternates.
Clean up your act and there may still be hope.
