3/4 cup sugar
2 and a half cups water
1 6 ounce can of frozen orange juice
1 6 ounce can of frozen lemonade
1 package frozen strawberries
1 can crushed pineapple
5 bananas (diced)
Freeze until mushy and put into individual cups and freeze. Cover each with aluminum foil.
(Other fruits can be used or added but bananas should not be omitted.)
Freeze 1-2 hours before eating and enjoy!
