Do I like this neighbor? That would change my answer.
Either way, I would do everything to prevent him/her from driving.
Iris, I don't know him at all... However, I'm inclined to say I don't like him because he doesn't "pick up" after his dog...
Ugh! Irresponsible dog owner. Too bad he didn't fall over in his dog's own schtuff. That would be funny for you to watch.
