Could you NOT complain for 21 days straight?
Some pastor in Kansas City started making purple bracelets for folks willing to face the challenge. Read the full story here.
Honestly, I think this would be quite a difficult feat. Definitely would make one aware of how much they actually complain...
I think I'll make a conscious effort to try this (sans the bracelet).

I dunno, I think complaining can be therapeutic. It's like venting, we complain to get things off our chest...it only becomes a problem when we do it excessively and don't do anything to fix our problems. So, I wouldn't want to stop complaining, lest I explode from the tension I'm repressing :-)
NO. I am absolutely positive that I could not do this.
I complain every day: about how dirty my house is, how much i detest cooking every day, how i hate laundry, how poorly people drive.
I would go insane I think if I couldn't complain/vent on a daily basis. It is therapy.
You go, K! I applaud your decision to not complain for 21 days straight. Sometimes I actually think about how often people complain -- at work, at home, in line at the bank -- and it's astounding!
Really, when you think about it, most of us are so blessed that we have absolutely nothing to complain about. The fact that I have a job, a husband, and a home is incredible. I think the decision to not complain is nothing more than a change in perspective -- choosing to see what you do have instead of what you don't. Go, girl! I'll try to do it, too! :) (God, this is going to be hard at work... :)
WOW. I really want to try this.
WOW.
